数字孪生驱动的智慧流域平台研究与设计 被引量:24

摘要 流域管理涉及水资源、水生态、水环境、水灾害等众多问题,以数字孪生为基础,将GIS,BIM,IoT融合的数字孪生与流域管理相结合,建立数字孪生数据及模型集成与可视化表达方法,研究数字孪生运行机制,构建智慧流域孪生体,设计数字孪生驱动的智慧流域平台。以堵河流域水库群防洪联合调度管控为例进行应用实践,实践证明:相比传统流域数据库管理或二维平面管理中的信息不全、精度不够、反馈滞后、表达单一等问题,数字孪生驱动的智慧流域平台可在空间地理数据、BIM模型数据、物联网数据融合与交互的基础上,基于数据、模型双向驱动,实现外部环境下的仿真、决策、优化和可视,其管控效果优于传统手段。平台的研究与实践可实现流域管理实时监测、诊断、分析、决策和预测,为其智能运行、精准管控和安全运维提供一种新的解决思路。 River basin management involves many issues such as water resources,water ecology,water environment,and water disasters.Based on Digital Twins,the combined Digital Twins integrating GIS,BIM and IoT with smart river basin are applied in establishing Digital Twin data and model integration and visual expression methods and studying the operating mechanism of Digital Twins,and building smart river basin Digital Twins,designing a smart river basin platform driven by Digital Twins.The application of the joint flood dispatching management and control of the reservoir group in the Duhe River Basin has proved that compared with the problems of incomplete informa⁃tion,insufficient accuracy,lagging feedback,and single expression in traditional river basin database management or two-dimensional management,based on the integration and interaction of spatial and geographic data,BIM model data,and Internet of Things data,as well as the two-way driving of data and model,the Digital Twin-driven smart river basin platform can realize simulation,decision-making,optimization and visualization in the external environ⁃ment,and its control effect is better than traditional means.The research and practice of the platform can realize re⁃al-time monitoring,diagnosis,analysis,decision-making and prediction of river basin management,and provide a new solution for its intelligent operation,precise control and safe operation and maintenance.
