摘要
针对某整车怠速抖动问题,文章首先通过主观评估和客观测试相结合的方法进行初步判断和分析,随后采用两个激振器对动力总成施加扭矩输入,进行动力总成在扭矩激励下的频响分析和模态特性研究,在此基础上进行悬置刚度测试与分析,最后优化悬置并验证效果,成功解决了怠速抖动问题。
Aimed at the problem of idle shake,the method combined with subjective evaluation and objective test is used in this paper to do preliminary judgment and analysis.Then torque input is imposed on powertrain to analyze its frequency response and modal performance under torque excitation.Based on above research,suspension stiffness is tested and studied.The optimized suspension is a successful way to solve idle shake problem.Meanwhile,the effect is validated.
