腐蚀管道剩余强度仿真建模及试验 被引量:4

Simulation Modeling and Test on Residual Strength for Corroded Pipeline

摘要 基于有限元仿真模拟方法,运用SolidWorks和ABAQUS建立腐蚀管道结构模型,仿真分析管道腐蚀区域结构参数对剩余强度影响规律;搭建含腐蚀缺陷的X120钢级管道耐水压试验平台,实测不同腐蚀程度管道的极限承载能力,对比验证仿真模拟。结果表明,管道剩余强度与腐蚀长度、深度呈负相关,与腐蚀宽度呈正相关;与腐蚀长度和宽度相比,腐蚀深度对管道剩余强度影响更显著;X120钢级腐蚀管道的试验实测剩余强度与仿真结果吻合较好,最大偏差仅为3.5%,证明了仿真建模方法的有效性。研究结果可为预估腐蚀管道剩余使用寿命以及制定管道检修更换计划提供参考。 Based on finite element simulation method,this paper uses SolidWorks and ABAQUS to establish structure model of corroded pipeline,and simulates and analyzes the influence law of structural parameters in corrosion area on residual strength.In this paper,a test platform for resistance to hydraulic pressure of X120 steel pipeline with corrosion defects is built,and the ultimate load-bearing capacity of pipelines with different corrosion levels is measured by experiments,and the simulation can be compared and verified.The results show that the residual strength of pipeline is negatively correlated with corrosion length and depth,and positively correlated with corrosion width.Compared with corrosion length and width,the corrosion depth has a more significant impact on the residual strength of pipeline.The measured residual strength of X120 steel corroded pipeline is in good agreement with the simulation results,and the maximum deviation is only 3.5%,which proves the effectiveness of simulation modeling.The research results can provide reference for predicting the remaining service life of corroded pipeline and making maintenance and replacement plans for pipeline.
