摘要
采用溶剂热法制备了Co_(3)O_(4)纳米颗粒,利用XRD、SEM、TEM技术对样品进行了表征,并探究了其气体敏感性能。Co_(3)O_(4)纳米颗粒的尺寸约14~27 nm,在较低工作温度80℃时对500 mg/L的甲醛气体响应值最大达到55.4。Co_(3)O_(4)纳米颗粒制备及其气体敏感性能实验具有综合性、简易性和新颖性的特点,通过材料合成、表征与分析以及性能测试一系列的综合实验教学,可以进一步加强学生对材料学科的理解与学习,并且有助于培养学生的科研能力和综合分析能力。
Co_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles are synthesized by solvothermal method and their gas-sensing properties are investigated.The samples are characterized by XRD,SEM and TEM technologies.The size of Co_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles is about 14-27 nm,and the maximum response to 500 mg/L formaldehyde is 55.4 at 80℃.This experiment is comprehensive,simple and novel.By a series of comprehensive experimental teaching about materials synthesis,characterization or analysis as well as properties measurement could improve students’capacities of understanding and studying for materials science.At the same time,it is helpful to improve students’comprehensive analysis capacities.
