摘要
以培养复合型人才为目标,结合工程应用和实验教学的需求,开展了一种新实验平台的设计。硅钢比铁损测量实验设计,以国标规定的爱泼斯坦方圈设计试样结构,将经典的功率表法与传感器相结合,引入LabVIEW软件设计工具构建测量系统的软硬件平台,用形式多样的实践活动提升学生自主创新能力。实践证明,采用虚、实结合设计的实验平台,激发了学生自主学习、自主实践、自主设计和自主拓展的内生动力,有利于模块式、阶段式、渐进式、互动式实验教学过程的实施,显著地提高了实验教学效果。
In order to cultivate innovative talents with comprehensive capabilities,we dedicate to create multiple novel designs of experiment education platforms.By combining the engineering applications and experimental education,the high-standard education demands are managed to be fulfilled.This paper designs an Epstein frame theory-based measurement system for specific iron loss testing in silicon steel material.This design principle complies with the Epstein frame national ISO prototype structure,and combines the wattmeter measuring method with LabVIEW virtual instrument to establish the hardware and software platform.By proposing this virtual-reality merged experimental platform,it steps a solid pavement for students self-implementing the theory learning,experimental practice,system design and research extension.The experiment practices demonstrate that the proposed design remarkably stimulates the student’s proactivity towards autonomous learning,independent designing and investigation extension.Furtherly,it significantly improves education performance and experimental learning processes from the perspectives of modularized,stagewise,evolutionary and interactive basis.
