留学生科研基地的建设与实践

Practical Experience of International Students in Research Universities

近些年来,外国留学生大量进入中国的科研型高校学习和开展研究工作。这对于我国传统的大学教学模式和体制提出了新的考验。针对于中国本土学生的管理办法不完全适用于国际留学生的管理,而且以往经验不能单纯地照抄。在留学生招生、管理和考核的机制上,需要创新的思路和机制。因此,个性化医学研究院依托学校成立“海外学生科研实习基地”探索国际化办学的新机制、新模式。促进介绍个性化医学研究院的科研基地在创新留学生培养模式的举措和实践经验,进而全力构建全面、高水准的教育对外开放格局。

In recent years,a large number of foreign students have entered China's research-oriented universities to study and carry out research work.This fact puts forward a new challenge for the traditional university teaching mode and system in China.The management methods for Chinese local students are not necessarily applicable to the management of international students,so the past experience cannot be simply copied.In the mechanism of enrollment,management and assessment of international students,innovative ideas and mechanisms are needed.Therefore,relying on the Personalized Medicine Research Laboratory of Shanghai Jiao Tong University,the Institute of Personalized Medicine explores a new mechanism and model of international education through the establishment of the"Overseas Students Scientific Research Practice Base"of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.This paper introduces the means and practical experience of the scientific research base at Institute of Personalized Medicine,Shanghai Jiao Tong University,and then tries to build a comprehensive and high-level education opening pattern.
