摘要
实验技术队伍是高校师资队伍中不可或缺的重要力量,其整体素质的高低不仅直接关乎学校创新人才培养、科研成果产出、社会服务能力提升,更直接影响学校的“双一流”建设进程。立足于“双一流”环境背景下,从激励视角入手,剖析高校进行实验技术队伍激励的必要性及激励机制普遍存在的问题,结合实验技术队伍改革的实践,提出架构职务晋升、培养培训、薪酬激励和考核评价体系“四位一体”的实验技术队伍建设发展全环节激励机制,充分调动和激发实验技术人员的工作积极性和潜能,为学校教学科研及“双一流”建设提供有力支撑,同时为其他高校探索实验技术队伍的有效激励模式提供参考。
The experimental technical team is an indispensable and important force for the faculty of universities.Its overall quality not only is directly related to the training of innovative talents,the output of scientific research results,and the improvement of social service capabilities,but also directly affects the school's"double first-class"construction process.Basing on the background of the“double first-class”,this paper analyzes the necessity of motivating experimental technical teams in universities and the common problems in the incentive mechanism from the perspective of incentives.Combining with the practice of the reform of experimental technical team in Northeastern University,this paper proposes to construct a"four-in-one"incentive mechanism in the full-step of experimental technical team building and development,including job promotion system,cultivation and training system,salary incentive system,and assessment and evaluation system,to fully mobilize and stimulate the enthusiasm and potential of experimental technicians,and provide strong support to the school's teaching,research and"double first-class"construction These may provide reference for other universities to explore the effective incentive model of experimental technical teams.
