基于互联网技术的便携式高值仪器管理系统的构建

Establishment of Portable High-value Instrument Management System Based on Mobile Internet Technology

针对农业信息化实验室的便携式高值仪器设备管理现状,从设备信息管理不足、租借流程管理不规范、设备使用效率不高等实际问题出发,设计并建设了基于互联网技术的便携式高值仪器管理系统。该系统将便携设备管理与移动互联网优势进行有机结合,将便携式设备抽象为唯一的条形码,实验基地抽象为地理围栏,利用移动终端扫码、定位、通信实现对便携式设备的入库管理、租借流程进行信息化,从而实现高效,便捷的设备全生命周期管理。系统目前已经整合到实验室管理微信平台,并在水稻大田实验中推广使用。系统的运行提高了设备的使用效率,缩减了实验室设备管理人工成本,使得实验室设备管理更加科学化、信息化。

According to thecurrentsituation of portable equipment management in different scientific research directions of National Information Agricultural Engineering Technology Center,Nanjing Agricu ltural University,a portable high-value instrument management system based on mobile Internet technology is designed and implemented.The system combines portable device management with the advantages of mobile Internet.Itabstracts portable device into unique barcode,abstractsexperimental base into geofencing,and uses mobile terminal scanning code to positionand communicate.Thus,the storage management and rental process of portable devices canbe completed so as to realize efficient and convenient equipment life cycle management.The operation of this system can greatly improve the efficiency of equipment use,reduce the labor cost of laboratory equipment management,and make laboratory equipment management more scientific and informatized.
