医药院校实验技术队伍建设现状与对策

Current Situation and Improvement Measures for Experimental and Technical Teams in Medical and Pharmaceutical Colleges

实验技术队伍是高校实验室建设和管理的重要力量,是保障高校培养创新型人才的重要前提。通过探讨医药院校实验技术队伍建设过程中存在的突出问题,结合徐州医科大学建设经验与成效,总结梳理出建设高水平实验技术队伍的重要举措。通过增强职业荣誉感、打破职称晋升瓶颈、完善激励机制、加大引才力度等改革举措,着力打造一支职称结构合理、学历层次高、业务水平过硬的实验技术队伍,保障高校教学、科研、人才培养工作顺利开展,同时也为其他医药类院校提供可借鉴的建设经验。

The experimental technical team is an important force in laboratory construction and management of colleges and universities,also an important prerequisite to guarantee the training of innovative talents.Combined with construction experiences and achievements of authors’university,this paper sorts out the important measures for the construction by discussing the outstanding problems hat exist in the process.In order to ensure the smooth development of university teaching,scientific research and talent training,and to provide reference for other local universities and colleges,we strive to build an experimental technical team with reasonable structure of professional title,high level education and excellent professional level by enhancing the sense of professional honor,breaking the bottleneck of professional title promotion,improving the incentive mechanism and increasing the strength of talent introduction.
