摘要
实验室是高校进行科研教学的重要阵地,也是高校实施创新人才培养、科学研究和社会服务的重要场所。实验室安全管理水平的高低,对实验室功能的发挥产生极大影响。从预防安全事故发生的角度,结合安全管理的“三E对策”理论,就实验室安全管理制度、实验室安全教育、化学试剂闭环管理,提出了化学实验室安全管理的新模式,对高校实验室安全管理提供实践依据。
The laboratory is an important field for the teaching and scientific research in universities.It also acts as an important place for cultivation of innovative talents,scientific research and social service.The function of the labs will be greatly determined by the management level.In this study,in order to prevent the happening of the accident,new management models for the safety management of the lab were presented,the education of the lab safety and the closed-loop management of the chemical reagents have been raised based on the“Three-E strategy”theory of the safety management,It may provide a basis for the safety management of the labs in universities.
