摘要
实验室危险化学品废液一直是高校管理的重要内容,它的处理不仅关系到实验室师生的安全,而且严重关系着生态环境保护。在常规实验室安全管理的基础上,分析了目前废液管理的困境和产生危害,提出了基于水质监测的高校危险化学品废液监控策略,构建完善的监控体系运行机制。通过实践证明,该策略不仅为废液监控提供了新的思路和途径,而且有效强化了废液管理,为高校实验室安全管理和危化品废弃物管理提供方法和借鉴。
Waste liquid has always been an important part of hazardous chemical treatment in universities.Its treatment not only concerns the safety of teachers and students in the laboratory,but also seriously affects the ecological environment.On the basis of the conventional laboratory safety management system,this paper analyzes the current dilemma and the hazards of waste liquid management,proposes a monitoring strategy for hazardous chemical waste liquid in universities based on water quality monitoring,and builds a complete monitoring system operating mechanism.Based on practical evidence,this strategy not only provides new ideas and approaches for waste liquid monitoring,but also effectively strengthens waste liquid management.It may provide methods and references for university laboratory safety management and hazardous chemical waste management.
