摘要
畜牧业长期使用抗生素导致细菌的耐药性和在动物体内的储留,严重损害了畜禽健康。肉桂精油具有多种生理、药理作用,作为新型绿色饲料添加剂的开发前景广阔。本文分析了肉桂精油的成分,从抗菌、抗氧化、抗炎等方面综述了肉桂精油的生理功能及其作用机制,并对肉桂精油及其主要活性成分肉桂醛作为饲料添加剂在畜禽健康中的应用进行了评价,为肉桂精油在动物生产中的应用提供参考。
The safety problems caused by the long-term use of antibiotics in the animal husbandry have seriously damaged the health of livestock and poultry.Cinnamon essential oil has a variety of physiological and pharmacological effects,and it has a broad development prospect as a new green feed additive.This article analyzed the composition of cinnamon essential oil,summarized the physiological functions and mechanism of cinnamon essential oil from the aspects of antibacterial,anti-oxidation,and anti-inflammatory,and discussed the use of cinnamon essential oil and its main active ingredient cinnamaldehyde as feed additives in the health of livestock and poultry,which provided a reference for the application of cinnamon essential oil in animal production.
