辣椒提取物对母猪繁殖性能、血清生化指标和初乳成分的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本试验旨在探究饲粮添加辣椒提取物对母猪繁殖性能、血清生化指标和初乳成分的影响,以确定母猪饲粮中辣椒提取物的适宜添加剂量并阐明其作用效果。选择配种时间和体况相近的妊娠85 d“大白”母猪27头,随机分为3组,每组9个重复,每个重复1头母猪。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮;Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.5%和1.0%辣椒提取物的饲粮。试验从母猪妊娠85 d开始,至产完挤奶后结束。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮添加辣椒提取物对母猪各项繁殖性能指标均无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)Ⅱ组母猪血清总蛋白含量有高于对照组的趋势(P>0.05),且显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。3)Ⅲ组母猪血清总抗氧化能力有高于对照组的趋势(P>0.05),且显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。4)Ⅱ组母猪血清肿瘤坏死因子-α含量显著低于对照组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05);对照组和Ⅱ组母猪血清白细胞介素-1β含量显著低于Ⅲ组(P<0.05);Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组母猪血清白细胞介素-10含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。5)Ⅱ组母猪血清促乳素含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清生长激素含量显著高于对照组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在母猪饲粮中添加0.5%辣椒提取物可以改善繁殖母猪的血清生化状态。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary pepper extract on reproductive performance,serum biochemical indices and colostrum composition of sows,so as to determine the appropriate supplemental dose of pepper extract in diets for sows and clarify its effect.Twenty-seven large white sows with similar mating time and body condition on day 85 of gestation were randomly divided into 3 groups with 9 replicates per group and 1 sow per replicate.Sows in groupⅠ(control group)were fed a corn-soybean type meal basal diet,and those in groupsⅡandⅢwere fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.5%and 1.0%pepper extract,respectively.The experiment began on day 85 of gestation and ended after delivery and milking.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,dietary pepper extract had no significant effects on reproductive performance indices of sows(P>0.05).2)The serum total protein content of sows in groupⅡtended to be higher than that in control group(P>0.05),and was significantly higher than that in groupⅢ(P<0.05).3)The serum total antioxidant capacity of sows in groupⅢtended to be higher than that in control group(P>0.05),and was significantly higher than that in groupⅡ(P<0.05).4)The serum tumor necrosis factor-αcontent of sows in groupⅡwas significantly lower than that in control group and groupⅢ(P<0.05),the serum interleukin-1βcontent of sows in control group and groupⅡwas significantly lower than that in groupⅢ(P<0.05),and the serum interleukin-10 content of sows in groupsⅡandⅢwas significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).5)The serum prolactin content of sows in groupⅡwas significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the serum growth hormone content of sows in groupⅡwas significantly higher than that in control group and groupⅢ(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary 0.5%pepper extract for sows can improve the serum biochemical status of breeding sows.
