摘要
采用基于离散元方法(DEM)和光滑粒子流体动力学方法(SPH)耦合的仿真方法,对高浓度充填料浆固液两相混合介质搅拌过程进行仿真,研究不同搅拌结构对料浆搅拌效果的影响。仿真结果表明:增加叶片直径、叶片组数和搅拌轴数量均可提升物料搅拌均匀性。在5组不同结构的搅拌机方案中,双轴搅拌机达到均匀效果的搅拌时间最短(180 s),可在不增加搅拌机尺寸的条件下实现最大的生产能力,适用于大规模矿山大流量充填系统高效生产。
The simulation method based on the coupled DEM-SPH method was used to simulate the stirring process of high-concentration filling slurry solid-liquid two-phase mixed medium. Then, the stirring effects of different stirring structures on the slurry were studied. The simulation results show that increasing the blade diameter, the numbers of blade groups and the numbers of stirring shafts can improve the stirring uniformity of the materials. Among the 5 groups of mixers with different structures, the double-shaft mixer has the shortest stirring time(180 s) to achieve an uniform effect, and can achieve the maximum production capacity without increasing the size of the mixer, which is suitable for high-efficiency production of large-flow filling systems in large-scale mines.
