超深井多源信息集成与安全管控平台应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对某矿超深井安全集控的需求,为快速掌握井下生产环境和安全隐患,构建了一套多源信息集成的二维、三维一体化平台。该平台以Unity3D为基础,以数据中心为核心,构建了井下真三维场景,同时,通过数据采集、数据库集成等技术将引起深井岩爆、围岩变形、突水等灾害的安全监测监控数据集成至数据中心,并利用虚拟现实技术进行三维可视化展示,实现了井下生产安全动态管理。应用结果表明,该平台实现了该矿超深井地质、结构、水文、微震、围岩变形、现场检查等多源信息的可视化集成管理,减少了系统维护人员,可在地表办公室实时远程监控井下生产状况,综合分析生产安全影响因素,为超深井安全管控与快速决策提供辅助技术支持。 In order to quickly grasp the underground production environment and potential safety hazards, a set of two-dimensional and three-dimensional integrated platform for multi-source information integration was constructed according to the demand of safety centralized control of an ultra deep well in a mine. Based on Unity3 D and with a kernel of data center, the underground real 3 D scene was constructed through platform. At the same time, the safety monitoring data causing deep well rockburst, surrounding rock deformation, water inrush and other disasters were integrated into the data center through data acquisition, database integration and other technologies. The three-dimensional visual display was carried out by using virtual reality technology to realize the dynamic management of underground production safety. The application results show that the platform realizes the visual integrated management of multi-source information such as geology, structure, hydrology, microseismic, surrounding rock deformation and field inspection of ultra deep wells in the mine, reduces the system maintenance personnel, can remotely monitor the underground production status in the surface office, and can comprehensively analyze the influencing factors of production safety, which provides an auxiliary technical support for safety control and rapid decision-making of ultra deep wells.
