本文阐述了绿色餐饮经营与管理的基本要求,以及从节约餐饮、环保餐饮、放心餐饮、健康餐饮、绿色餐饮街区和持续改进等几方面提出标准化经营管理建议。
This article describes the basic requirements of green catering operation and management,and proposes standardized operation and management recommendations from the aspects of economical catering,environmentally friendly catering,assured catering,healthy catering,green catering blocks and continuous improvement.
