医疗机构卫生质量管理现状研究

Study on the Current Situation of Health Quality Management in Medical Institutions

随着社会经济的发展,人们对医疗卫生服务要求不断提高。医疗机构在政府监督下提供医疗卫生服务,具有较大的自主运营管理权,所以卫生质量管理受到自身管理水平的影响。本文研究阐述医疗机构卫生质量管理相关理论,分析医疗机构卫生管理现状,提出加强医疗机构卫生质量管理的对策。

With the development of social economy,people’s requirements for medical and health services are constantly improving.Medical institutions provide medical and health services under the supervision of the government,and have greater autonomy in management and operation.Health quality management is influenced by its own management level.This paper expounds the related theories of health quality management in medical institutions,analyzes the present situation of health management in medical institutions,and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen health quality management in medical institutions.
