摘要
本文运用文献分析法对相关政策解读,研究新型研发机构的内涵和特点,分析辽宁省新型研发机构典型案例并总结经验,为今后科技创新发展提供支持和借鉴。
This article uses research analysis and relevant policy interpretation to study the connotation and characteristics of new research institutions,summarizes and analyzes typical cases of new research institutions in Liaoning province,and provides support and examples for future technological innovation and development.
