水力压裂技术在野川煤矿初次放顶中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 针对野川煤矿3^(#)煤顶板岩层与工作面初采特点,分析顶板岩层水力压裂的分层弱化与初次垮落特点。通过观察基本顶及老顶岩层结构和强度,确定水力压裂钻孔长度和单孔压裂次数。研究结果表明:采用S孔和L孔分别多次压裂方法可有效弱化、分层顶板,顶板分层、分区域、分次及时垮落,保证工作面初采安全;压裂钻孔间距10 m,水压10~20 MPa。与爆破强制放顶方法相比,水力压裂初次放顶法更为安全、环保、健康、友好。 According to the characteristics of roof strata and initial mining face of No.3 coal seam in Yechuan coal mine,the characteristics of layered weakening and initial caving of roof strata hydraulic fracturing are analyzed.The drilling and fracturing parameters are determined by observing the roof rock structure and monitoring the hydraulic fracture expansion,water pressure change and roof collapse.The research results show that the S-hole and L-hole multiple fracturing method can effectively weaken and separate the roof,and the roof can be broken down in time by layers,regions and times,so as to ensure the safety of the initial mining of the working face;the spacing of fracturing holes is 10 m,and the water pressure is 10 to 20 MPa.Compared with blasting forced caving method,hydraulic fracturing initial caving method is more safe,environmental protection,health and friendly.
