垂直气垫压带输送机气室半径的优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 垂直气垫输送机气室半径的大小涉及到输送机输送能力和气室出口压力,同时,也是背压力计算的一项关键参数。合适的气室半径不仅可以提高输送量,还会对气室出口压力有增强作用。利用理论分析和数值模拟的方式分别研究了垂直气垫压带输送机气室半径对计算背压力和气室出口压力的影响规律。结果表明,随着气室半径的增大所需的背压力减小,而气室半径对出口压力会产生影响,最后得到最优气室半径为350 mm。研究成果为垂直气垫压带输送机气室的优化奠定了基础。 The radius of the air chamber of the vertical air cushion conveyor is related to the conveying capacity of the conveyor and the outlet pressure of the air chamber. At the same time, it is also a key parameter in the calculation of back pressure. Appropriate chamber radius can not only increase the throughput, but also enhance the outlet pressure of the chamber. The influence of chamber radius on the calculation of back pressure and chamber outlet pressure of vertical air cushion pressure belt conveyor is studied by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The results show that the back pressure required decreases with the increase of the chamber radius, and the chamber radius influenced the outlet pressure, and the optimal chamber radius is 350 mm. The research lays a foundation for the optimization of air chamber of vertical air cushion pressure belt conveyor.
