基于OBE理念的高职院校思政课混合式教学研究--以“毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论”课程为例

Research on Mixed Teaching of Ideological and Political Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on OBE Idea:Taking the Course of“Introduction to Mao Zedong Thought and the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics”as an Example

成果导向的教育(OBE)是一种以学习者为中心、学习成果为导向的教育理念。相较于传统教学理念而言,OBE理念更注重学习成效,教师应基于学生的个体化差异来制定评价等级并适时测评,并强调学生核心能力与教学目标之间的相互性,针对不同的核心能力需要制定相应的课程教学内容。旨在探索如何融入“以成果产出为导向”的OBE理念来实施思想政治理论课混合式教学,并力求“以成果为导向”“以学生为中心”来持续改进混合式教学,提高思想政治理论课混合式教学的实效性。

Outcome-based Education(OBE)is a learner-centered and result-oriented educational idea.Compared with the traditional teaching,OBE pays more attention to learning effectiveness.Teachers should make evaluation grades and timely evaluation based on the individual differences of students so as to accurately grasp the actual situation of students’learning and quickly adjust the teaching task.At the same time,OBE emphasizes the interrelationship between students’core competence and teaching objectives,and makes corresponding course teaching contents according to different core competence needs.This paper aims at exploring how to integrate the“results-oriented”OBE idea into the implementation of the mixed teaching of ideological and political courses,and strives to take“results-oriented”and“student-centered”as guides to continuously improve the mixed teaching and the effectiveness of the mixed teaching of ideological and political courses.
