摘要
高层次人才引进是高校实施人才强校战略的重要路径。应用型本科高校必须正确认识深化产教融合的重要意义,厘清产教融合与人才引进工作的相互关系。指出当前应用型本科高校在人才引进工作中尚存在的一些问题,主要表现为规划缺失、重学术而轻实践,宣传形式单一、产业人才引进渠道不畅,人才引进后的培养、考核与激励偏离应用特色;并从制定人才规划、建立分类体系、完善评价标准,丰富宣传形式、拓展资源渠道、创新引才机制、强化在职实践培养、完善激励保障政策、健全职后考评体系等方面给出相应的对策与建议。
Introduction of high-level talents is an important path for universities to implement the strategy of“strengthening universities by talents”.Application-oriented local undergraduate universities must correctly understand the importance of promoting production-education integration,as well as clarify the relationship between production-education integration and talents introduction.This paper points out some existing problems in high-level talents introduction in application-oriented local undergraduate universities,such as the lack of planning,unclear positioning,more academic performance than practical experiences,single recruitment and simple publicity.The training,assessment,and incentives of the introduced talents deviate from the application characteristics.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,such as formulating introduction scheme,establishing classification system,improving evaluation standards,enriching publicity forms,expanding resource channels,innovating talent introduction mechanisms,strengthening on-the-job practice training,upgrading incentive protection policies and completing post-employment evaluation systems.
