新时代高职院校学生党建工作创新性研究

Innovative Research on Party Building in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

高职院校学生党建工作是项长期工程,对于党和国家发展、高等教育成效及大学生个人成长而言,均具有重大意义。新时代背景下,高职院校理应积极响应“随势而新”号召,积极创新党建工作路径,提升党建工作实效。分析了当前高职院校党建工作所存在的几点问题,包括学生对党的认识不清晰、入党动机带有功利性色彩,学生党员发展规模有限、模范带头作用不强,学生入党考察期较短、有效学习实践不足,以及基层党组织与专业队伍建设不足,创新驱动力缺乏等;点明了新时代加强高职院校党建工作两点必要性;针对现存问题从五个方面提出了新时代高职院校党建工作的创新举措,以期为相关工作者提供有益借鉴。

Party building for students in higher vocational colleges is a long-term project,which is of great significance for the development of the Party and the country,the effectiveness of higher education and the personal growth of college students.Under the background of the new era,higher vocational colleges should actively respond to the call of“new with the situation”,actively innovate the path of Party building work,and improve the effectiveness of Party building work.This paper points out some problems in the Party building in higher vocational colleges,including unclear understanding of the Party,utilitarian Party motivation,limited Party development,short investigation period,insufficient study and insufficient Party organizations and professional team construction,which will provide useful reference for relevant workers.
