摘要
职业院校学生在专业课程学习中存在不少心理障碍问题,如畏难、无兴趣、应付了事等,对专业课学习效果产生严重影响,需要采取必要的心理干预来帮助学生排除学习障碍,使学生提高学习效率。对职业院校学生非智力因素中的学习动机、学习兴趣及学习态度等三方面因素展开详细分析,并提出有效的心理干预策略,排除学生学习中的心理障碍,有助于良好学习习惯的形成,使学生充分发挥学习的主体地位和主观能动性,提高学习效果。
There are many psychological obstacles in the professional course learning of vocational college students,such as fear of difficulties,lack of interest,perfunctory doing jobs and so on,which have a serious impact on the learning effect of the professional courses.It is necessary to take a necessary psychological intervention to help students eliminate the learning obstacles so as to really improve the efficiency of students’learning.This paper analyzes in detail the learning motivation,learning interest and learning attitude of vocational college students in non-intellectual factors,and puts forward effective psychological intervention strategies to eliminate students’psychological obstacles in learning,which are conducive to the formation of good learning habits,enabling students to give full play to their main position and subjective initiative in learning,and improving the learning effect.
