燕窝相关标准及管理规定的现状分析

燕窝含有丰富的营养物质,历来被视为传统名贵食物。随着物质水平的提升、全民健康意识的高涨,消费者对生活品质的关注度也越来越高,食用燕窝逐渐平民化,燕窝行业的发展也因此迎来较大的发展机遇。行业的高速发展驱动产品的创新,促使燕窝产品类型呈现多元化扩张。然而对应的标准建立相对滞后。同时,随着经济发展,国民需求增加,毛燕窝加工逐渐进入国内市场,但检验检疫要求及生产许可审查要求并不完善,亟需制定相关标准规范行业发展,促使燕窝行业更加健康有序的发展。本文从燕窝进口检验检疫要求、国内毛燕窝加工企业分布情况及生产许可审查制定情况、国内燕窝相关标准制定现状、国外燕窝标准情况、溯源方式及发展进展、燕窝相关检测标准等进行综述,以期为后续燕窝标准制定提供帮助。

Bird’s nest is rich in nutrients, which has always been regarded as valuable traditional food. With the improvement of material level and the rising awareness of national health, consumers are paying more and more attention to the quality of life. The consumption of bird’s nest has gradually become common, and the development of the bird’s nest industry has therefore ushered in great development opportunities. The rapid development of the industry drives product innovation, which has prompted a diversified expansion of bird’s nest product types, while the establishment of corresponding standards is relatively lagging. At the same time, with the development of the economy, the national demand increases, feather swallow processing has gradually entered the domestic market.However, the inspection and quarantine requirements and production license review requirements are not perfect,which means that it is urgent to formulate relevant standards to regulate the development of the industry and promote a more healthy and orderly development of the bird’s nest industry. This article summarized the inspection and quarantine requirements for bird’s nest imports, the distribution of domestic wool bird’s nest processing companies and the review and formulation of production licenses, the status of domestic bird’s nest related standard formulation,foreign bird’s nest standards, traceability methods and development progress, bird’s nest related testing standards,etc., in order to provide assistance for the subsequent formulation of bird’s nest standards.
