摘要
通过采用空气耦合超声检测方法分别对含模拟缺陷的蒙皮泡沫夹芯复合材料、蒙皮蜂窝夹芯复合材料、碳纤维复合材料、环氧树脂层压复合材料及玻璃纤维复合材料进行检测,验证了空气耦合超声检测技术是评价蒙皮泡沫夹芯复合材料、蒙皮蜂窝夹芯复合材料、碳纤维复合材料、环氧树脂层压复合材料及玻璃纤维复合材料的可靠性无损检测手段,且在复合材料的超声检测中具有广泛的应用前景。
The air coupled ultrasonic testing method is used to detect the skin foam sandwich composite,the skin honeycomb sandwich composite,the carbon fiber composite material,the epoxy laminated composite material and the glass fiber composite material.The test results show that the air coupled ultrasonic testing technology is used to evaluate the skin foam sandwich composite and the skin honeycomb.It is a reliable nondestructive testing method for sandwich composites,carbon fiber composites,epoxy resin laminated composites and glass fiber composites,and has a wide application prospect in ultrasonic testing of composites.
