摘要
大型抓斗船配置有"自动整平挖掘"功能,具有大挖深,更适于高精度开挖大型沉管隧道深基槽,但其仅有"自动整平挖掘"功能还不足以实现大型沉管隧道深基槽的高精度开挖。由于影响抓斗船挖深精度的因素有很多,有必要对影响抓斗船疏浚深度误差的各种因素进行分析,以便采取相应的措施。文章详细分析了造成抓斗船挖泥深度出现误差的主要因素,并介绍消除或降低挖深误差的方法和技术措施,以便有效控制抓斗船的疏浚深度,实现高精度开挖。
The large grab ship is more suitable for high precision dredging of deep foundation groove of large immersed tube tunnel due to its"automatic leveling dredging"function and large dredging depth.However,the"automatic leveling dredging"function of large grab ship is not enough to realize the high precision dredging of deep foundation groove of large immersed tube tunnel.Because there are many factors that affect the dredging depth accuracy of grab ships,it is necessary to analyze and study the factors that affect the dredging depth error of grab ships,so as to take corresponding measures.The main factors causing dredging depth error of grab ship are analyzed in detail,and the methods and technical measures to eliminate/reduce dredging depth error are introduced,so as to effectively control dredging depth of grab ship and realize high precision dredging.
