粗糙-VIKOR法及其在小型游艇概念设计方案评价中的应用

Rough Set-VIKOR Method and Its Application in the Evaluation of Conceptual Design Scheme of Small Yacht

为解决小型游艇设计概念阶段评价中主观赋值的不确定性和不精确性引起的设计评价结果不准确的问题,利用文献分析法和专家与用户评价法构建较为科学、全面的设计概念阶段评价指标体系。将VIKOR法与粗糙集理论相结合,对设计概念方案进行评价;利用改进区间数的VIKOR法对数据进行规范化处理,获得相对精确的评价区间值,提高评价结果的准确性和确定性。运用该方法对某公司的小型游艇设计概念方案进行评价,并采用基于粗糙集结合AHP和TOPSIS的研究方法对评价结果进行验证。验证结果表明,采用该粗糙-VIKOR法能提高评价数据的精确性,且能取得理想的效果。

In order to solve the inaccuracy of design evaluation results caused by the uncertainty and inaccuracy of subjective evaluation in the design concept stage of small yacht,this paper first uses literature method and expert and user evaluation method to build a more scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system of design concept stage,and then combines VIKOR method with rough set theory to evaluate the design concept scheme.The improved VIKOR method normalizes the data and obtains the relatively accurate evaluation interval value,which improves the accuracy and certainty of the evaluation results.This method is used to evaluate the design concept of small yacht of a company,and the evaluation results are verified by the research method based on rough set combined with AHP and TOPSIS.The verification results show that the method proposed in this paper can obtain the accuracy of evaluation data and has ideal effect.
