摘要
某轮左主机轴带消防齿轮箱输入轴花键齿磨损严重,离合合排后振动大,无法使用轴带消防泵。由于输入轴返厂重新加工的工期较长,经过理论计算与经验分析,决定对其进行改造加工,去除花键部分,轴输入端与靠背轮改为过盈配合。改造后调整轴线,开机运行显示正常。
A ship port main engine gear box of shaft fire pump input shaft spline tooth wear serious,on-off row after vibration is big,can’t use fire pump shaft.Due to the long period of returning input shaft to the factory for reprocessing,after theoretical and empirical analysis,it is decided to modify the input shaft processing,remove the spine parts,wheel shaft input and back to the interference fit.After the transformation,the axis is adjusted,and the display is normal when the machine is turned on.
