摘要
以豪华邮轮集成系统为评估对象,研究面向有限事故的安全返港评估方法,并将该方法应用于推进系统及其辅助系统的评估。首先,分析推进系统及其辅助系统的特点,而后建立包含单元评估、单系统评估及多系统评估的评估方法。单元评估建立单元与处所关联表,评估有限事故对单元状态的影响。单系统评估建立单系统集成逻辑树,评估单元失效对所在系统的影响。多系统评估建立多系统集成逻辑树,评估单系统的失效状态在系统间的传递情况。然后,按阶段逐步输出评估结果,并进行优化设计。该方法对集成系统进行有效的安全返港评估,提出适用于集成系统的安全返港设计方法,指导了安全返港设计过程的递归和迭代。
Taking the cruise ship integrated system as the assess object, studying the safe return to port(SRtP)assessment for a limited accident, and apply to propulsion system and its auxiliary system. Firstly, the characteristics of propulsion system and its auxiliary system are analyzed, and then the assessment methods including unit assessment, single system assessment and multi-system assessment are established. Unit assessment establishes an association table of units and locations, assessed the impact of limited accident on the state of the unit. Single system assessment establishes a single system integrated logic tree, assessed the impact of unit failure on the system. Multi-systems assessment establishes a multi-systems integration logic tree,assessed the transmission of the failure of a system between systems. The assessment results are gradually output in stages, and the optimization design is carried out. This method is an effective SRt P assessment for the integrated system, which proposes a SRt P design method suitable for the integrated system, and guides the recursion and iteration of the SRtP design process.
