中美高校个性化外语教学的比较评价 被引量:1

A Comparative Study of Individualized Foreign Language Teaching and Evaluation in Chinese and American Universities

摘要 通过不断提高外语教学质量,满足社会发展对于综合性人才的素质要求。以前中国高校外语教学主要以英语教学为主,其他外语专业学生会学习日语、法语、俄语等其他语言。为进一步加强高校外语教学质量部分高校所采取的外语教学形式是外教与本土教师联合授课的形式,但受到师资力量的限制,目前,大部分高校外语教师队伍依然以中国教师为主,在不断的发展中,我国外语教学工作中存在相关的问题有待解决。分析中美高校个性化外语教学间的差异性,探究中国高校新时期教育改革发展下的高校外语课堂构建发展策略,以期为培养高端外语人才提供理论依据。 Higher education needs to constantly improve the quality of foreign language teaching,so as to meet the requirements of social development for high-quality comprehensive talents.In the past,English teaching is the main part in foreign language teaching,and other foreign language majors would learn Japanese,French,Russian,etc.In order to further enhance the quality of foreign language teaching,some colleges and universities take the form of joint teaching involving both foreign teachers and native teachers.However,due to the limitation in teaching staff,native teachers are the main teaching part in most colleges and universities.There are still many problems to be solved in foreign language teaching in China.This paper analyzes the diff erences in personalized foreign language teaching in Chinese and American universities,and explores strategies of constructing and developing foreign language classroom in the new era of education reform and development,hoping to provide a theoretical basis for training high-end foreign language talents.
