As a high-precision end-face length standard,gauge block plays an important role in the field of length measurement,and the importance of its verification is self-evident.Through the combination of theory and practice,this paper discusses in detail the requirements and control of temperature in the calibration of gauge blocks,and analyzes the causes of some unusually intractable key and difficult problems encountered in actual verification and gives specific treatment methods.
