Development of Multi-way Valve Testing System Based on LabVIEW

设计了一套基于LabVIEW的多路阀测试系统。为满足多路阀的各种测试要求,设计出相应的液压系统和测试系统。本文主要对多路阀的四个关键的测试项目,包括换向操纵力试验、微动特性试验、压损试验和泄漏试验等性能测试进行了详细研究。经过现场测试,测试结果满足企业要求,可知本系统性能稳定可靠。

A multi-way valve test system based on LabVIEW is designed.In order to meet the test requirements of multi-way valve,the corresponding hydraulic system and test system are designed.In this paper,four key test items of multi-way valve,including reversing force test,fretting characteristic test,pressure loss test and leakage test are studied in detail.After the field test,the test results meet the requirements of the enterprise,we know that the performance of the system is stable and reliable.
