摘要
随着智能制造的不断发展,人们对汽车品质的要求也越来越高,间隙面差作为评价白车身装配制造质量的一个重要因素越来越受到汽车制造业的关注。传统的间隙面差测量存在着损伤被测零件、效率低、可重复性差、易受人为因素影响等问题,已经越来越不能满足企业的需求。本文基于PolyWorks工业软件,以传统间隙面差测量为基础,对常见的间隙面差测量类型进行了归类,提出了一种间隙面差虚拟匹配测量方案,并进行了实验验证。通过实验数据分析,证明了测量方案的可行性、可靠性和稳定性。
With the continuous development of intelligent manufacturing,people′s requirements for automobile quality are becoming higher and higher.As an important factor to evaluate the quality of body-in-white assembly and manufacturing,gap surface difference has been paid more and more attention by automobile manufacturing industry.The traditional gap surface difference measurement has some problems,such as damage to the tested parts,low efficiency,poor repeatability,easy to be affected by human factors,and so on,which has been increasingly unable to meet the needs of enterprises.In this paper,based on PolyWorks industrial software and traditional gap difference measurement,common measurement types of gap difference are classified,and a virtual matching measurement scheme of gap difference is proposed and verified by experiments.Through the analysis of experimental data,the feasibility,reliability and stability of the measurement scheme are proved.
