痰热清注射液辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的快速卫生技术评估

Rapid Health Technical Assessment of Tanreqing Injection in the Adjuvant Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:综合评估痰热清注射液辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的获益和风险,为临床选择和决策提供循证医学依据。方法:基于快速卫生技术评估方法,通过查阅中外文献,对痰热清注射液辅助治疗AECOPD的结果进行分类评价和描述性分析。结果:共纳入11篇系统评价/Meta分析和1篇药物经济学研究。痰热清注射液可改善AECOPD患者的临床症状、血清炎症因子水平和肺功能等指标,且不增加患者经济负担。结论:快速卫生技术评估显示痰热清注射液辅助治疗AECOPD具有较好的有效性、安全性和经济性,但需要更多的高质量研究进一步探索其临床应用价值。

Objective:To comprehensively evaluate the benefits and risks of Tanreqing injection in adjuvant treating acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD),and provide evidence-based medical basis for clinical selection and decision-making.Methods:Based on the rapid health technology assessment method,the results of Tanreqing injection in the adjuvant treatment of AECOPD were classified evaluated and descriptively analyzed by searching Chinese and foreign literatures.Results:A total of 11 systematic reviews/Meta-analyses and 1 pharmacoeconomic study were included.Tanreqing injection could improve the clinical symptoms,serum inflammatory factors level and lung function indexes of patients with AECOPD,and did not increase the economic burden of patients.Conclusion:Rapid health technology assessment shows that Tanreqing injection is effective,safe and economical in the adjuvant treatment of AECOPD,but it needs more high-quality research to further explore its clinical application value.
