摘要
超声"萤火虫"成像是一项使微钙化可视性增强的新技术。它通过分析处理超声采集到的原始信号,结合非线性成像与斑点抑制技术,将可疑钙化标记为白点展示于蓝色背景图中,使超声医师能轻易地读取。超声"萤火虫"成像对微钙化的显示能力较灰阶超声明显提高,甚至与钼靶相当,对于与钙化相关、特别是微小钙化相关的疾病有重要作用。目前超声"萤火虫"成像已广泛应用于诊断乳腺疾病和甲状腺疾病,在痛风性关节炎、颈动脉等领域也有应用。本文就"萤火虫"成像的原理及其在乳腺、甲状腺、痛风性关节炎、颈动脉等中的临床应用进行综述。
Ultrasound micropure imaging is a new technique to enhance the visibility of microcalcification.By analyzing and processing the original signals collected by ultrasound,combining nonlinear imaging and speckle suppression techniques,MI showed suspicious calcifications as white spots on a blue background.It could clearly distinguish microcalcifications that are difficult to be shown by twodimensional ultrasound.It plays a crucial role in diagnosis of diseases associated with calcification,especially microcalcification.At present,it has been widely used in the diagnosis of mammary gland and thyroid gland,as well as in the field of gouty arthritis and carotid artery.This review briefly introduces the principle and the clinical application of micropure imaging.
