安全是天然气企业的立身之本,安全文化建设是实现安全发展的重要途径。天然气运行公司经过多年的探索和实践,逐步形成了以"惟真、惟实、惟精、惟新"为内涵的"四惟"安全文化体系,让安全成为文化,让文化引领安全。文章介绍了天然气运行公司"四惟"安全文化体系建设的具体做法和实践成效,以期为行业提供一些借鉴。

Safety is the foundation of natural gas enterprises, and the construction of safety culture is an important way to realize safety development. After years of exploration and practice, the Natural Gas Operation Company has gradually formed a "Four-only"safety culture system with the connotation of "Truth-only, Reality-only, Precision-only and Innovation-only", so that safety becomes culture and culture leads safety. This paper introduces the practice and effect of the construction of the "Four-only" safety culture system in the Natural Gas Operation Company, in order to provide some reference for the industry.
