摘要
进度控制、质量控制、费用控制是总承包项目控制目标的三要素,其中费用控制是保证总承包项目利润的重要措施之一。结合多年从事工程造价的工作经验,文章从不同角度阐述了EPC总承包项目费用控制的要点和重要性,以及不同阶段保证总承包项目顺利实施的费用控制措施。
Progress control, quality control and cost control are the three elements of the general contracting project control objectives, among which the cost control is one of the important measures to ensure the profit of the general contracting project.Combined with many years of working experience in project cost, the article expounds the key points and importance of EPC general contracting project cost control from different perspectives, as well as the cost control measures to ensure the smooth implementation of general contracting projects at different stages.
