摘要
玉炼现有一套50万吨/年延迟焦化装置,每年生产普通石油焦约10万吨,普通石油焦价值较低,属于低附加值产品。针状焦是20世纪60年代开始出现的一种优质炭素原料,外表呈现为纤维状或针状的银灰色多孔固体,具有热膨胀系数低、杂原子及灰分含量低、电导率高等优点。石墨化焦是最好的冶炼用增碳剂和还原剂,可用于制造大型阴极块、大型碳电极。通过对石油焦高附加值升级路线进行探讨,并对针状焦和石墨化两种路线进行对比,我们确定了目前玉炼可行的石油焦高附加值升级措施。
Yulian currently has a set of 500 000 t/A delayed coking device, which produces about 100,000 tons of ordinary oil coke every year. The low value of ordinary oil coke belongs to low value-added products. Needle coke is a high-quality carbon raw material that appeared in the 1960 s. It is a fiber or needle-like silver-gray porous solid and has the advantages of low thermal expansion coefficient, low heteratomic and gray content and high electrical conductivity. Graphhitic coke is the best carbon increasing agent and reducing agent for smelting, can be used to make large cathode blocks, large carbon electrodes. By discussing the high added value upgrade route of petroleum coke, and comparing the two routes of needle coke and graphitization, the feasible high added value upgrade measures of petroleum coke are determined.
