中低放废液蒸发处理设施工艺系统调试研究

摘要 在核化工领域内,中低放废水处理一般是以蒸发浓缩的形式,减少放射性废水量,产生浓缩蒸残液。随着科学技术的进步,简单的蒸发系统工艺也进行了改进,在某厂新建的蒸发设施中就与以往有较大的差别,采用自然循环蒸发,运行控制采用自动化控制方案、热泵循环等,文章通过对新工艺调试研究,并梳理调试中的典型问题及处理方案,为以后的蒸发系统的设计、调试和运行提供有价值的参考。 In the field of nuclear chemical industry, medium and low discharge wastewater treatment is generally in the form of evaporation and concentration to reduce the amount of radioactive wastewater and produce concentrated residual residues. With the progress of science and technology, simple evaporation system process has been improved. In the newly-built evaporation facilities of a plant, there is a great difference from the past. Natural cycle evaporation is adopted, and automatic control scheme and heat pump cycle are adopted for operation control. Through the new process debugging, this paper combs the typical problems and treatment schemes, which provide valuable reference for the design, commissioning and operation of future evaporation system.
