钛白粉防漫料震动筛过滤装置包括振动筛,振动筛底部设置有筛网,筛网的上方设置有与振动筛相连通的漫料管,筛网的下方设置有与处理后槽相连通的下料管。其中漫料管与缓冲槽顶部相连通,缓冲槽内设置有滤网,经滤网过滤后的料浆排入处理后槽内。针对现有技术中钛白粉浆料在振动筛筛选过程中出现漫料的问题,本装置能够有效防止漫料,避免出现环保问题,且结构简单,便于拆卸和清理。

Aiming at the problem of overflow of titanium dioxide slurry in the screening process of vibrating screen in the prior art, the device can effectively prevent overflow and avoid environmental protection problems, and has simple structure and is convenient for disassembly and cleaning.
