摘要
为了有效利用太阳能,减少市政照明系统能耗压力,设计了太阳能与市电互补型路灯控制器。控制器以STC12C5A16AD单片机为控制单元,应用其自带的A/D转换器实时检测蓄电池和太阳能电池两端电压,自动识别12 V/24 V系统和白天/黑夜模式。采用改进的脉冲宽度调制(Pulse Width Modulation,PWM)方式充电,太阳能和市电互补向直流负载供电,有可靠过充、过放、过流以及过载保护,能准确地进行温度补偿。这些自动控制方式在保证充电高效的同时,可以保持或延长蓄电池的使用寿命。
In order to make effective use of solar energy and reduce the energy consumption pressure of municipal lighting system,a complementary street lamp controller using solar energy and municipal power is designed in this paper.The controller takes the STC12C5A16AD single chip microcomputer as the control unit,uses its own A/D converter to detect the voltage at both ends of the battery and solar cell in real time,and automatically identify the 12 V/24 V system and day/night mode.It adopts the improved Pulse Width Modulation(PWM)charging mode,and the solar energy and municipal power complement each other to supply power to the DC load.Overcharge,discharge,overcurrent and overload protection,accurate temperature compensation can be carried out.These automatic control modes maintain or prolong the service life of the battery while ensuring high charging efficiency.
