丹红注射液对比丹参注射液治疗冠心病有效性及安全性的Meta分析

Contrast Study on Efficacy and Safety in Coronary Heart Disease Treatment with Danhong Injection or Danshen Injection:Based on Meta-analysis

目的系统评价丹红注射液与丹参注射液治疗冠心病(CHD)的有效性与安全性。方法检索万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、中国知网以及PubMed、Cochrance Library建库至2021年9月5日收录的丹红注射液和丹参注射液治疗CHD的随机对照临床试验。基于Cochrane协作网偏倚风险评价标准,运用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共检索文献122篇,最终纳入26篇,共2916例。Meta分析结果显示:相较于丹参注射液,丹红注射液临床有效率[RR=1.25,95%CI(1.21,1.29),Z=13.54,P<0.00001]、心电图有效率[RR=1.26,95%CI(1.18,1.35),Z=6.74,P<0.00001]、心电图疗效[MD=-0.27,95%CI(-0.80,0.26),Z=1.01,P=0.31]改善更显著,不良反应发生率更低[RR=0.65,95%CI(0.40,1.05),Z=1.77,P=0.08]。结论丹红注射液治疗CHD的安全性及有效性优于丹参注射液。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Danhong Injection(DHI)and Danshen Injection(DSI)in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:The databases of Wanfang,VIP,CNKI,PubMed and Cochrance Library were searched from inception to September 5,2021.Randomized controlled trials of DHI and DSI in the treatment of CHD were searched.Based on the Cochrane bias risk evaluation criteria,the RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Results:A total of 122 articles were retrieved,and 26 articles were included,with a total of 2916 cases.Meta-analysis results showed that compared with DSI,DHI improved more in the clinical effective rate[RR=1.25,95%CI(1.21,1.29),Z=13.54,P<0.00001],the effective rate of electrocardiogram[RR=1.26,95%CI(1.18,1.35),Z=6.74,P<0.00001],ECG curative effect[MD=-0.27,95%CI(-0.80,0.26),Z=1.01,P=0.31],and the incidence of adverse reactions was low[RR=0.65,95%CI(0.40,1.05),Z=1.77,P=0.08].Conclusion:The safety and effectiveness of DHI in the treatment of CHD are better than DSI.
