摘要
重症肺炎是ICU常见的急危重症之一,具有病死率高、病情进展快的特点,现代研究证明重症肺炎患者的预后与胃肠功能关系密切,本文旨在通过"肺与大肠"关系的研究,进而探讨其与重症肺炎治疗上的内在联系,为重症肺炎的中西医结合治疗提供理论支撑。
Severe pneumonia is one of the common acute and critical illnesses in ICU.It has the characteristics of high fatality rate and rapid disease progression.Modern studies have proved that the prognosis of patients with severe pneumonia is closely related to gastrointestinal function.This article aims to study the relationship between“lung and large intestine”,and then discuss its internal connection with the treatment of severe pneumonia,and provide theoretical support for the treatment of severe pneumonia with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
