活血利水法治疗慢性心力衰竭急性加重期疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Heart Failure by Huoxue Lishui Method

目的观察活血利水法治疗慢性心力衰竭急性加重期患者的临床效果。方法将慢性心力衰竭急性加重期的80例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组各40例。对照组使用常规的西医抗心衰治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合中药活血利水法治疗,两组患者均治疗2周。治疗后观察两组患者心功能、生活质量及中医证候改善情况,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为87.50%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的心功能均较前改善,治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的生活质量各项评分均较前升高,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的NT-proBNP、Ghrelin水平均较治疗前降低,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的中医证候评分均较前降低(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规西医抗心衰治疗的基础上,联合中医活血利水法能提高慢性心力衰竭急性加重期患者的生活质量和临床疗效,改善心功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Lishui method in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the cardiac function of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of quality of life in the two groups were higher than before,and those in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of NT-proBNP and Ghrelin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were lower than before(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional western medicine anti heart failure treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Lishui method can improve the quality of life and clinical efficacy of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure,and improve their heart function.
