全程质控对骨科护理文书书写质量的影响

Influence of the Whole-Process Quality Control on the Writing Quality of Orthopaedic Nursing Documents

目的应用全程质控对骨科护理文书书写质量进行控制,以期减少书写缺陷,提高工作效率。方法选取某院骨科2019年1月1日-2019年12月31日护理文书220份为传统组,实施常规质控管理模式;选取2020年1月1日-2020年12月31日护理文书218份为质控组,实施全程质量监控管理。采用独立样本t检验比较2组护理文书书写时间及质量,计数资料以n(%)表示,进行χ^(2)检验。结果质控组护理文书书写时间(23.37±2.46)分钟,少于传统组的(32.63±6.48)分钟,书写质量评分为(95.14±2.26)分与传统组的(87.26±4.15)分比较显著增加,差异具有统计学有意义,P<0.05。结论全程质控能明显减少骨科护士护理文书的书写时间和书写缺陷,提高书写质量及工作效率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the Influence of the Whole-Process Quality Control on the Writing Quality of Orthopaedic Nursing Documents.Methods Check 220 nursing documents from January 1,2019 to December 31,2019 as traditional group,the routine quality control management mode was implemented.Check 218 nursing documents from January 1,2020 to December 31,2020 were as quality control group,Whole-Process Quality Control was implemented.Using independent sample t test to compare the writing time and quality of nursing documents between the two groups,χ^(2) test to compare the writing defects of the two groups and the satisfaction of nursing staff.Results The writing time of nursing documents in quality control group(23.37±2.46)mins was significantly lower than that in traditional group(32.63±6.48)mins,The writing quality score(95.14±2.26)was significantly higher than that of the traditional group(87.26±4.15)(P<0.05).Conclusion The Whole-Process Quality Control can obviously reduce the writing time and writing defects of nurses’nursing documents,improve the writing quality and work efficiency,and is worthy of clinical application.
