平行病历书写在三年高职护理学生临床教学中的应用 被引量:2

Application of Parallel Medical Records in Clinical Teaching of Students with Higher Vocational Care Students

摘要 目的通过对护理高职学生进行平行病历书写训练,以期加深护理学生对于共情的理解,加强医学生人文教育。方法采用便利抽样法选取2017年9月1日-2018年8月31日进入临床实习护理高职生45人为常规组,采用传统教学方法;2019年9月1日-2020年8月31日进入临床实习护理高职生48人为干预组,在传统教学方法上加上平行病历书写,比较2组学生医学叙事能力、共情能力、护理病历书写评分。结果常规组医学叙事能力调查结果总分(135.85±5.49)分,低于干预组(155.98±7.28)分,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;共情能力常规组总分(78.85±3.89)分低于干预组(104.98±8.26)分,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;干预组护理文书书写成绩为(95.41±4.03)分,高于对照组的(87.43±8.41)分,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论平行病历书写训练可以提高学生共情能力,可以提高护理病历书写能力,为病案的人文需求提供实施途径。 Objective Through the parallel medical record writing training for nursing higher vocational students,in order to deepen nursing students’understanding of empathy and strengthen the humanistic education of medical students.Methods Forty-five higher vocational nursing students who entered clinical practice from September 1,2017 to August 31,2018 were selected as the routine group by convenient sampling method,and the traditional teaching method was adopted.Forty-eight higher vocational nursing students in clinical practice were enrolled in the intervention group from September 1,2019 to August 31,2020.Parallel medical records were added to the traditional teaching methods,and the medical narrative ability,empathy ability and nursing medical record writing scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total score of conventional group medical narrative capacity(135.85±5.49),below the intervention group(155.98±7.28),and the difference has statistical significance,P<0.05;Conventional Group’s Agricultural Capacity score(78.85±3.89)Different from the intervention group(104.98±8.26),the difference has statistical significance,P<0.05;the intervention group care paper has been(95.41±4.03),which is significantly higher than the control group(87.43±8.41),two groups The difference between the difference is statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The writing training of parallel medical records can improve the ability of students,and improve the writing ability of the care medical record,providing the implementation pathway for humanities in the disease.
