临床医学院校网络直播教学的实践与思考 被引量:2

Practice and Thinking of Webcast Teaching in Clinical Medical Colleges

摘要 目的了解高等医学院校临床医学院网络直播教学情况,分析网络直播教学的授课技巧,以期提升网络直播教学的效果。方法依托某大学临床医学院,自行设计调查问卷,通过网络问卷调查平台形成二维码,2020年5月8日-2020年6月9日对临床医学院长学制临床医学专业和儿科学专业大学三年级、四年级、研究生一年级学生共计279人进行网络直播教学问卷调查,收到有效问卷共139份,回收率为49.82%。结果网络直播教学的优点在于形式方便、足不出户进行学习占48.92%,学生对于疫情期间网络直播教学的总体感受愉快占64.03%,满意度为76.26%。而弊端在于学生学习自觉性差,老师无法监督占55.4%,学生更喜欢课堂教学与网络直播教学相结合的教学环境占63.31%。学生希望网络直播授课的老师课件详实占60.43%,增加互动引导学生积极思考占22.3%,通过课后作业检查学习情况占10.79%。结论根据网络直播教学的特点,调整教学方法,改善硬件设施,构建网络直播教学的完整体系,从而保证网络直播教学的质量。 Objective To understand the teaching situation of network live broadcast in clinical medical schools of higher medical colleges,analyze the teaching skills of network live broadcast teaching,and improve the effect of network live broadcast teaching.Methods Relying on the clinical medical school of a university,we designed a questionnaire by ourselves and formed a QR code through the online questionnaire survey platform.From May 8,2020 to June 9,2020,a webcast teaching questionnaire survey was conducted on 279 third-year,fourth-year and first-year graduate students majoring in clinical Medicine and pediatrics with clinical medicine dean system.A total of 139 valid questionnaires were received.The recovery rate is 49.82%.Results The advantages of web-broadcast teaching are that it is convenient and can be learned without leaving home(48.92%).Students generally feel happy about web-broadcast teaching during the epidemic(64.03%),with a satisfaction rate of 76.26%.However,the disadvantage lies in the poor learning consciousness of students and the inability of teachers to supervise them(55.4%).Students prefer the teaching environment that combines classroom teaching with webcast teaching(63.31%).Students expect the teachers’PPT to be detailed(60.43%),increase interaction to guide students to think positively(22.3%),and check their learning through homework(10.79%).Conclusion According to the characteristics of webcast teaching,attention should be paid to reprepare lessons,adjusting teaching methods,improving hardware facilities and building a complete system of webcast teaching,so as to ensure the quality of webcast teaching.
