Research on Organic Renewal Method of Historical Urban Area Based on Urban Historical Landscape Feature Recognition

历史城区是城市文化遗产重要的物质空间载体。近年来,在城市存量发展的背景下,采用循序渐进、有机更新方式推进实施历史城区遗产空间保护与活化日益得到社会广泛认可。从历史城区文化遗产价值识别和历史城区更新需求评估两个维度,建立了历史城区"特征识别-分级分类"的有机更新框架,借助城镇历史景观的研究方法,梳理历史城区核心物质空间载体的价值内涵,从多元主体情感认知和更新需求的维度,问题导向挖掘历史城区民生发展需求,以更新单元的导控手段,依托城市管理机制,推动历史城区保护与更新深度融合,实现历史文化传承与环境品质提升。

urban historical urban area is an important material space carrier of urban cultural heritage.In recent years,under the background of urban stock development,it has been widely recognized by the society to promote the protection and activation of heritage space in historical urban areas by means of gradual and organic renewal.This paper establishes the organic renewal framework of"feature identification classification"of historical urban areas from the two dimensions of cultural heritage value identification and renewal demand evaluation of historical urban areas.With the help of the research method of urban historical landscape(hul),this paper combs the value connotation of the space carrier of the core material of historical urban areas,from the dimensions of emotional cognition and renewal demand of multiple subjects,Problem oriented,tap the people's livelihood development needs of historical urban areas,promote the deep integration of protection and renewal of historical urban areas by means of guidance and control of renewal units and relying on urban management mechanism,so as to realize the inheritance of history and culture and the improvement of environmental quality.
