粮食检验与储粮质量监管工作研究

“民以食为天”突出了粮食的重要性。作为粮食出产的大国,自从改革开放政策实施以来,我国在粮食出产量上,每一年都在增长。近几年,部分地区受新冠肺炎疫情及自然灾害的影响较大,这虽导致我国在粮食总产量上有所下降,但我国仍旧具备丰厚的储粮。从几年来的灾害情况能够看出粮食对于人民生活的重要性与意义,所以,做好粮食检验与储粮质量监管工作不仅能够为人民生活提供基本保障,对于国家经济发展及社会建设来说也意义重大。粮食质量关乎着人民群众的健康,是人民生活水平质量高低的体现,在全面实现高质量发展及多元化发展的今天,一定要做好后勤保障工作,而粮食检验与储粮质量监管工作的开展就是在为国家发展做后勤保障。基于此,本次研究通过简要概述粮食检验的必要性与重要性,并以此为依据来探究粮食检验与储粮质量监管工作开展的有效策略,从而为两项工作效率及质量水平的提升提供保障,进而丰富相关研究理论。

"Food for the people"highlights the importance of food.As a large grain-producing country and as one of the big agricultural countries,China's grain output has been increasing every year since the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy.In recent years,some areas have been greatly affected by the COVID-19 epidemic and natural disasters,although it has led to a decline in China's total grain output,but it still has rich grain reserves.From the disasters in the past few years,we can see the importance and significance of grain to people's lives.Therefore,implementation of grain inspection and quality supervision of stored grain can not only provide basic guarantee for people's livelihood,but it is also of great significance to the country's economic development and social construction.Grain quality is related to the health of the people and is the embodiment of the quality of people's living standards.Today,with the comprehensive realization of high-quality development and diversified development,we must do a good job in logistics support work.The development of grain inspection and grain storage quality supervision is to provide logistics support for the development of the country.Based on this,this study briefly summarizes the necessity and importance of grain inspection,and takes it as a basis to explore the effective strategies for grain inspection and grain quality supervision,so as to provide guarantee for the improvement of the two work efficiency and quality level,and then enrich the relevant research theory.
